DAILY RESET BREAK: Attendees can take mindful control of their daily lives using easy ways to reduce stress and increase productivity

Along with the speech, Tessa will guide the audience through breathing exercises and light stretching to demonstrate techniques that can be used anytime, anywhere. The science behind the use of breathing exercises will illuminate how oxygen benefits both sides of the brain, freeing the logical and creative nerve centers to work together effectively, and both relaxing and energizing the body. Light stretching and yoga poses can easily be done in business attire, underscoring the benefits of the mind and body connection.

Participants leave with an understanding of the health risks of sitting for prolonged periods and the importance of taking quick breaks throughout the day so that they can be more productive and alert in the time they are at their workstations.

In addition, participants are coached to identify actions, emotions and behaviors that are not serving their interests, and are given instruction on how to eliminate that “baggage” to allow them to move forward.

FIND YOUR TRIESSENCE: A three-part, personal growth plan for leaders or individual contributors

Value-adding breakout options:

RESET BREAKS (STAND ALONE OR ADD-ON OPTION): Reset breaks can be incorporated as an addition to the “Daily Reset Break” program or throughout the event during breaks, along with content modules. 10-15 minute segments can be customized to each client’s agenda and objectives.

YOGA (ADD-ON OPTION): Improve the clarity, focus and concentration of attendees with yoga classes for anyone. Vinyasa Flow Style yoga instruction is slowed to fit all levels to guarantee all attendees are comfortable, even if they have never tried yoga.

PROGRAM EMCEE AND FACILITATION: Tessa can incorporate any all of the above programs fluidly while emceeing the event in its entirety. Planners and companies have hired her to facilitate entire on-stage production while integrating TRIESSENCE and DAILY RESET BREAKS throughout.

TEAM BUILDING (ADD-ON OPTION): Bringing the team together through yoga by incorporating more intense yoga poses individually or through partner work is a wonderful way to leverage shared experiences to create a team bond.

A/V requirements:

Countryman headset preferred (over ear like Madonna mic) or wireless lavaliere microphone, projector and remote (compatible for a mac and SPEAKER will bring a cord as back up) with screen large enough for audience to view slides, podium or tall table for bottle/glass of water. Wireless handheld mic for questions and interaction. Pens or something to write with if attendees will not be bringing their own.  A/V check onsite, time TBD prior to event. Groups with less than 40 attendees may not require microphones, to be discussed.

Additional requirements:

Client agrees to print handouts for each attendee (1-2 pages max, typically just 1 unless doing both programs). Speaker to supply client with handout no later than 2 weeks prior to event.

If adding a full-blown yoga class to the event:

Yoga mats, if available, otherwise recommend towels (large bath towels, if possible), bottles of water and hand towels for possible sweat (optional). Best if attendees dress in work out clothing.  Recommend something fitted, but comfortable and that will not be too loose if they were to lean over with their head down towards the ground.  Instructor will need speakers accommodating audience size and adaptor to plug in iPhone/iPod for music. Groups over 40 may require microphone. Countryman headset preferred (over ear like Madonna mic) or wireless lavaliere microphone acceptable.
